Executive Assistant

The role of the Executive Assistant is to Whakatipungia Ngaa Rauru Kiitahitanga by achieving the strategic goals and aspirations of Ngaa Rauru Kiitahi and supporting the delivery of initiatives and programs of work led by the Tumu Whakarae (Chair) and the Tumu Whakahaere (CEO).
The Executive Assistant performs a variety of administrative tasks and supports the Tumu Whakahaere (CEO) and Governance Groups (The Paepae, Commercial Board, other sub-committees or working groups).
The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports and other documentation. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of Te Kaahui o Rauru by providing personalised and timely support to executive members (the Tumu Whakarae (Chair), Tumu Whakahaere (CEO) and Governance Groups (The Paepae, Commercial Board, other sub-committees or working groups).
