Te Paepae are the Trustees and governance representatives of Te Kaahui o Rauru. They provide strategic leadership, with up to two representatives drawn from each of our twelve marae.

Leadership is provided by the Tumu Whakarae, elected from within Te Paepae at the start of each term.

Te Paepae maintains two standing committees:

• Paepae Kookiri – the executive committee, comprising two representatives from each Paahuki.

• Audit, Investment & Risk Committee – made up of three Paepae members alongside two independent members.
